Fight scenes

I realize that I almost always think of the same few things when watching fight scenes: I either blank out, or wonder how the hell do they make it look so real?

Some travel articles

I just cancelled my Nepal trekking trip so I’m pretty bummed but here’s a guide to surviving an avalanche. I always think it’s better to be prepared to know what to do in an emergency. People somehow think I travel recklessly, which is absolutely untrue. I always count the number of seats I am away from the emergency door when I’m in a plane, how far I am from the door in a bus…and did you know that if a building is on fire, go down, not up? And when you’re in danger of being kidnapped, always run away from the car (in zigzag motions if you think they have a gun) rather than agree to being hustled into the backseat? You have a higher chance of survival.
And here’s 18 essential items for a trip around the world; I agree with most save for number 11. Instead of a small battery-powered flashlight, I bring around my hand-wound one so I never have to worry if I’m out of batteries (means I first provide kinetic energy which is then turned into light and heat). Better still, if you can pack everything you have into a backpack. Though only fellow backpackers will understand the satisfaction I derive from travelling light and bringing only two or three sets of clothes (and washing them with soap and water everyday in the hostel sink, leaving them out to dry and if they’re not dry by the next day, hang them on my daypack while I’m out sightseeing to have them dry in the sun).
Aye to this! Esp the second and third points.

I love Danny here, though I think his ending could have been a lil’ better. He’s the first one to dance in this series of 10. And oh yes, the choreography’s fabulous - by the same Wade Robson who did this.
